I bought my first rental property in Essex, MD. within my first month in real estate and make over $1150 per month PROFIT from it, every single month. You can even cruise through your mentorship at your own pace, only requesting meetings when you are free and ready to move forward or just have someone to talk to about like goal setting, freeing up more time, making more money, etc., but hopefully you will be able to quit or build systems to cover for whatever is taking up your time soon, so we can fully throttle in real estate. That’s our goal for you if that’s what you wish. We’ll do this together, but you have to be willing to put in the work on your own time completing the course checklist and tasks we conclude in our 1-on-1 meetings so that we’re always moving forward. I’ve already paved the path to success and handed you the map in the course, so if you get lost, you can post your feedback after every module and I’ll personally record a video responding to your feedback.
